This free recorded webinar shares stories and strategies from leaders of color in child welfare for recruiting foster and adoptive families of color. In addition to offering strategies, presenters discuss why Black and Brown families need unique supports.

Some goals of the workshop include identifying key considerations for recruiting families of color, connecting diligent recruitment to supporting racial equity in child welfare systems, and providing opportunities for peer-to-peer sharing among participants.
