Applications for the 2024 Minority Professional Leadership Development (MPLD) program are now being accepted through June 3, 2024.
This free, transformative, 12-month program is designed for emerging minority leaders working in the child welfare field. The structured program includes hands-on experience, exposure to national experts, and mentorship opportunities. It is open to people from cultural, ethnic, and racial groups who have historically had a disproportionate number of children in care.
